Full Job Description:

Purpose and Scope:

Designing, programming, simulating and testing automated processes and machinery,

followed by creating detailed documentation or manuals for the fully functional projects.

Design and deploy automation solutions, including but not limited to developing proof of

concepts, demo units, and actual products/systems.   

Responsibilities:

• Hardware and Software development, computer programming and
• troubleshooting
• PLC, HMI and SCADA programming.
• Interpret and create electrical and mechanical plans/layout
• Drafting Shop drawings of panel, wiring diagrams, single line diagrams, control diagrams, installation of layouts, et al.
• Electrical and controls wiring.
• Troubleshooting of electrical and controls.
• Travel to customer location for Requirement Gathering and Troubleshoot Customer concerns.
• Perform tasks efficiently and effectively with analytical skills to complete on-time.
• Project tracking and preparation of Customer Documents.
• Assists with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineer, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• Computer skills, particularly hardware and software maintenance
• Knowledgeable in Process Automation System (PAS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) software programming, HMI/SCADA programming, and Quality Control System (QCS)
• Can interpret, analyze and wire electrical and controls diagrams.
• Solid understanding of a software development and computer programming
• Willingness to undertake training if necessary
• Healthy, strong, and fit to work
• Willing to travel and work in multiple sites
• Trust worthy and honest
